I just asked you to tell me, either you know or you dont know. Im not saying which program it is because I dont want you to take it as hearsay. And if we are talking about relevancy your opinion on the matter is not, because if Bama wins they will be NC..undisputed....by anyone that matters..and I started this thread so I am fully aware. Kind of like this is Camaro5 but yet mustang owners are here such as yourself...lol

It's not that I hate Alabama, it's that I hate cheating in sports.

And face it, they are the poster child for cheating in NCAA footbal for the last 15 or so years. Remember, they almost got the Death Penalty. And we all know it takes ALOT to get that. After what it did to SMU, the NCAA is reluctant to use it again. I still say if a lesser name program did what Alabam did, they would have gotten the Death Penalty.

I have no idea. I just said if it's not football, it's not germane to the discussion.

And they will not be undisputed. There may well be THREE undefeated teams after all the bowls are played. How is that undisputed?

EDIT: And even if Texas wins, I'll still be all for a playoff system and say that the BCS system is not a good system.

I said by those that matter...that is a huge umbrella..the BCS system is in place whether we like it or not..just like NCAA rules.

Can't believe there is complaining about Bama and their probation.

Nothing they did in the past has benefited them THIS year. Saban is one of the best and he and his team have earned EVERY bit of the opportunity in front of them. And if they beat Texas, they will have earned ALL of it.

Seriously. As hard as the NCAA has come down on Bama in the past, if the NCAA thought the issues warranted it, Bama wouldn't be going to a bowl game. The NCAA has no scruples about banning anybody from post-season play.

Hell, they banned us from bowl games a few years back for recruiting violations, despite the fact we couldn't even buy a winning team.
