And thats based on what data? We have no solid data to support any earth temperatures up until a few hundred years ago. The knights in their castles weren't really interested in recording what their hand-spun mercury thermometers were reading.

That said, I think any and all theories on whats going on have merit. The only way to tell whats going to happen, in my opinion, is to wait for it to happen. Even if there is no climate change, however, reducing polution can do nothing but help us in the long term.

Dinner is done - tastes very good. Next time though I'll pour the sauce stuff off before its gets fully cooked. The sugar coated onto the sausage a bit and the result is something that sticks to my teeth a bit much.
