There are many ways. Here is one. Join photobucket.com Upload a picture to it and then cut and paste the IMG code of the pic you want to your post.

Go advanced and select, the paper clip (Attachments) then chose where you want the down load to come from, (camera, desktop, files, ect) then upload, send, your done...
