I love pho! I live 20 minutes from a big Vietnamese community--I used to work right in the middle of it. I prefer a little lemony-er with some spice.

Yeah Houston is a huge Vietnamese hub. We used to have to go to houston for vietnamese food but we now have 4 places in conroe to get my fix. you are offically the coolest person on this forum. haha.

i can eat it either way as long as i have some chili paste to give it some zing. have you had the sandwhiches bunh mi?

Well, I work a lot of nights, so it may not be feasible. But, you can bet I will be there as much as I can to make sure she is safe and sound.

No power source :(

I'm actually worried about that since I won't be able to use a battery trickler... Gonna definitely have to start it every now and then.

I've heard not to do that...too many cold starts...

Well, look at it this way, if its a nice winter day, with no snow or salt left on the road, you can go for a short drive!!!
