Same in D-town, if an officer is down, 1 min, if a civilian is down, over an hour.

They are AMAZING! Thats not too bad, but if you are upset about it, I feel for you. I am the opposite though, I need to put ON weight! I am too skinny! Hope you can start loosing it, if you are trying to...
