I'm loving the look of the new Audi lineup; even the new TT looks sexy, not girly, now. The one I really drool over though is the S5--looks so sick (in a good way)! Too bad they only gave it a low-displacement V-8 with 354 HP. For the same price, I could get a 335i, slap a piggy-back tune on it, and walk all over the S5...or [drum roll, pun intended] get an SS/RS for much less and still beat an S5. Another little interesting fact--the S5 is even heavier (~3,900 lbs.) than the upcoming SS!
...But, the allure of the Audi (if I could afford it) is so tempting.

I'd take the CTS-V over the Audi any day. BUT...and I say BUT....that Audi is gorgeous!!! I give Audi a hand for that beauty....now, I want to see what that interior looks like. A twin turbo V10??? Umpf....

Oh and I forgot to add. Two more cylinders, and a twin turbo setup, and only 30 more horses than the twin screw V8? I salute you General!

being honest
i gotta say both are attractive cars, in my side of the screen the audi is perfection, i don't take anything away from the cts, its a great car, i love caddies, but i think the differences are too big to even be comparing them, 4 wd vs 2 wd? v8 vs v10? and the prices...why bother, can't we just say they both are gorgeous in their classes? or does anyone really think they should be matched? i for one dont. but given the chance to buy one if i had the income or get one free...yea right huh? i'd gotta say i'd get the audi, i've been a fan of em for a very long time. now audi vs caddy vs camaro? i don't care if audi is german exellence, cadillac is gm, i'll get a camaro

And this, ladies and gentlemen, is how you build a performance/luxury sedan.

I just don't like the look of Audi's sedans. For me the CTS-V wins. If they made an RS5 on the other hand...that I would be intrested in.

Dont get me wrong, the CTS-V is a gorgeous car. Although, just like the M5, its trying to hard to look angry and powerful while as the RS6 is quiet and dignified. The only way you can tell it apart from an A6 are by small details, which, IMO is the way it sould be in a sedan.
