42 may be old in California ( that IS where they wrote and filmed "Soilent Green") but in the real world, its mearly the age of ripening.

I LOVE GM vehicles, and particularly Chevy's, but would buy any GM vehicle if I had the $$...Hopefully, one day, soon enough, a 5th Gen CAMARO! Dave_O

Man, you really did read the whole thread, 'cause that post of mine is almost a year old now. Since then I've added another one, and I'd still rather be 27...but I'll play the cards I've been dealt. There are some things going on now that are making me very happy at the moment...and I wouldn't trade 'em, even to have those years back. Now, as far as "Soilent Green" goes, that was a great movie!!!! Alot more people need to see that film!!!

Dont get me wrong, there are some things I'd do again. At 26 and 27, I was roaming the U.K. At 31, I spent two weeks in the red light district of Amsterdam. Now that I'm 45, I think I need to get busy having fun before "they" throw me on a gurney and wheel me into room to watch "nature videos" with a Classical score. LOL
