What's your pet peeve? What gets your goat? What irks you the most?
I'm not talking about widespread, tremendous problems like violence or intolerance. I'm talking about the little things. Like people who talk on their cell in cinemas, people who don't roll the toothpaste up from the bottom, people who talk and chew food at the same time, whatever it is, CF wants to know it.

Lack of manners and cordialness. Like when you hold a door open or hold an elevator for someone and they just look at you. Sometimes I just get pissed and say, "Your welcome" in a very sarcastic tone.

People that "butt-hang" in the fast lane while ONLY driving the speed limit WHILE talking on their fn hand held cellphone! I can't stand idiotic inconsiderate people like that!

People who talk on their cell phone when it's their turn to order, check out or any other instance where they inconvenience the people behind them in line waiting. Makes you want to slap em and take the dam phone and throw it under a moving bus.

People holding and talking on a cell phone while driving; PERIOD. I hate the fact that people JUST CAN'T SURVIVE for a few lousy minutes without a damned cell phone stuck to the side of their head now. How did civilization ever manage to get this far all those thousands of years without cell phones? Drivers DO NOT do a good job of driving while yakking on a phone. I've missed left turn lane lights because of people ahead of me taking too long to realize the light is green. I totally agree with Aby's complaint about rude jerks in the fast lane. I've seen more potential accidents in the last few years because of cell phone usage than I ever did before and I've been driving for decades.
It's against the law in California to drive with a cell phone in your hand but everybody totally ignores the law; they just can't live without that damn cell phone; and I'm sure those conversations are just SO important that it's worth breaking the law and putting lives all around them at risk. Seeing somebody with a cell phone in their left hand and a drink in their right hand and THEY'RE IN THE DRIVER'S SEAT just freaks me out.
