Like I said I dont see yall losing to USC

if this was a Georgia game I would say ohhhhhhh rivalry game records out the door you never know who is going to win.

But with it being USC I dont care that its yalls old coach yall will probably blow this one out soon.

looks like USC's defense has played well so far.

looks like USC's defense has played well so far.

They have, and they're offense has controlled the clock pretty well.... that's why its so close. I'll give them a ton of credit, they had a really good offensive game plan.

Guess what. I get equally as sick when I visit Big 12 land and their fans are the SAME WAY. They believe their conference is. The same way you do. ALL of them. So much so that they think EVERYONE does. Got news for you. I lived in Seattle for 6 years. They believe theirs is too. It has become fashionable for sportscasters to say it when talking about the SEC. It will pass. Just like the term "Coming off a loss". I remember me and my brother used to watch all of the pre-game shows and we would count the times someone would say that.

Problem is lately the SEC has had more years at being the best conference than others but they aren't the best every year.* It's just a fad for the media. And not ALL media buys it. Just a lot.

But I digress. And ask another question.

IF the SEC is the best every year, (debateable) Why do you suppose it is? Just curious.

The best recruits bring in the best coaches who build the best programs which makes for the most competitive conference.

NORMALLY OU has a Team that wins nearly every game it will usually come down to the TEXAS game weather they lose or not some years they lose 2.

Normally the same goes for Texas you are speaking of teams who Win 10/11 games nearly every year.........

I know you said " leave Texas out " but im going to add OU to this also

besides this year Why would you leave Texas or OU of USC's level ?

Pete carrolls years , Mack Browns Years and Bob Stoops years.....

if im not mistaking usually the only game We lose is OU or maybe 1 other... otherwise we win everything else finishing with 11 wins and maybe 1 or 2 the most losses.

I think that you can think whatever you want. It doesn't surprise me that a Texas fan would consider the longhorn's to be on par with USC as a program.


I'd love for you to crunch those numbers and come up with credible sources, I'd bet that USC has spent more time in the top 5 team's in the country than anyone else over the last 10 years. Especially over Texas. Prove me wrong.

Well, you can chalk our saturday up in the "ugly" category.

Bama played a good game and we helped out on top of it. 38 points left on the field due to lack of talent/execution by my count.

Missed field goal.
Kick runback stepped out by an inch.
3X long balls that shoulda been caught.
Misthrown short pass caused Dixon to step outta bounds when he had a clear road in

Hopefully a couple more good recruiting classes will make us more competitive...

No usc has spent a lot of time in the top 10 you are correct shoot even ohiost has been up there as well.

But especially in the last 5 years usc as well has had a schedule that looked touch from the first of the year but due to injuries the teams didnt come out that strong either.

I dont go with the USC hype Sorry . They are just as equal as a lot of others.
