brees needs his first sb win all the other greats have at least 1 (big ben, brady, and both manning brothers... the only threat i see to us in the nfc is the teams from the nfc east but we already beat the eagles, and the redskins suck this year. Cowboys are bipolar some weeks their awesome some weeks they blow it, and the eagles are good when you give up the big plays and let mcnabb have loads of time. the vikings will be the true test to the saints because of bretts ability to make plays and adrians ability to run the ball.

Your not seriously putting Roethlisberger and Eli Manning in the same category with Brady & Peyton are ya???? ...and a Superbowl win by Brees doesn't elevate him to that status either.

You can bunch that group on tier two...along with Rivers

Big Ben has 2 SB's in 4 years and yes he is in the same category as Peyton Manning, Brady is in own bottom category better known as cheating SB wins.

Your kidding right...Ben did nothing in the first one and was average in the second without the Defense he'd have none, you can't judge a quarterback by rings, Trent Dilfer has a ring and Dan Marino does not.
As far as the Brady thing....

Seriously...Roethlisberger in the same category as Peyton & Tom Brady
