That sucks...My sister went through the same thing... Only hers was worse because the lady she hit knew the cop that took the report...

The other truth is a lot of people claim back injuries when they have none at all. 99% of the time when someone gets rear ended the person who ran into the other car is always wrong no matter the circumstance. I hope it works out for you but believe you got a doozy on your hands. The only reason this strikes as odd to me is that she called your mom, when she should have been calling her doctor or insurance agent, seems like she is just trying to get some money. You are in a lose lose situation because you did run into her(so you are at fault) and 10-15 mph is nothing to laugh it. She could honestly have a back inury, who knows. Better to settle out of court than spend a bunch of money trying to prove her wrong when in fact she could have an injury..she probably just wants a little cash and will be done with it. Call me if you want to talk more about it.
Not always true. The only thing the lady has going for her is that it was the next day, but if she didn't call her doc that next day, and starts complaining about it almost a week later, she has no case.... I say take the chance, unless you feel there is NO way of winning IF she does sue...

He found two more blockages that were in a place that he couldn't put a stint.

So now I have to have open-heart surgery.

Im scared but atleast this will get rid of all the problems and it will be fixed.
And you have every right to be scared, the good thing is technology has made the procedure much more safe. And if it's going to completely fix the problem, thats AWESOME!

Oh yea, that reminds me, I came up with another Q while I was driving earlier. If my dad were to come wit me, is it $50 per car to be able to drive (with the other paying the $10 spectator fee), or $50 for both? I am assuming its $50 for both, but figured I'd ask anyway...
