Yeah I know there is one somewhere.... but I am pretty sure that she isnt anywhere near me.
Me being military kinda screws me. Sure there are girls like CG that drool over a dog tag... those are a dime a dozen... but more often than not.. thats just a crush that doesnt get you anywhere (or a benefit chaser). Thanks to military though, Im never really able to meet and girls fit for a true relationship. In a military town they always have too much baggage and are jaded thanks to other military guys that ruin it for the rest of us.
Lucky me, I am on Recruiting Duty, so I am not in a military town... but here if I date somebody I will get in trouble for having an inappropriate relationship with a possible applicant to the Marine Corps.
For me to date somebody they have to be 28 or older..... (which really aint that bad in my opinion.. but not that many of them want a 23 y/o)

** By the way, CG, I am not calling you a benefit chaser... just so ya know.

Well I think you are very wise to consider older women.....they are more stable and know more what they are looking for. CG said it in another thread, young girls like her are always looking for something "better" and that's probably not bad when you are 20.

You are quite a young man, I have pretty good intuition about people, and somewhere there is a lady looking for a strong, non-flashy, stable, loyal gentleman.....and you will find the same in her. I wish you the best, and I know the military life isn't easy. I'm married to a retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel who was also a fighter pilot.

....and just so you know.....if I was 28 and single, I'd be very interested in getting to know you better! You are a quality guy....it's just too bad young gals don't know what to look for anymore!

Ha. Found a halloween pic from this year. Had no clue what to wear. This was a costume put together in about 5 minutes - Ghost Rider 'cause the movie was on the night before.

P.S. I'm NOT the one in the tree...

Speed, do you have a better picture of you in your costume? I'd love to see it if you do!

Never been a big fan of Halloween, though I might go out this year but ended up moving that weekend instead. One of my co-workers said I should wear my duster and cowboy hat. He said I was scary enough dressing like that. No need for a costume. Used to have a nice Fu Manchu moustache.

Can't see my boots in that picture, but was wearing them.

BTW: Zebra, meaning no offense, but that hat, is something back home we refer to as a "Drug Store Cowboy" getup.

Also: Road_Warrior I know what your going through. There are very few females out there, (that I have noticed) who have any common sense and are not just out to "toy" with a guy. But for some reason this site seems to attract LADYS with common sense, must be the camaros

Staying single is cheaper than going through a divorce beacuse one mistook loneliness for love.

My $0.02 worth.

Still single and searching.....

LOL, 2 reasons!!! 1 it was a joke!!! and 2 his gf wasn't there! but the the thing was, a few of the girls there were the "Golden Girls" so the blow-up doll was the 4th, cause there were only 3 of them!!! and those pictures were all in the course of like 5 min!

i call it that too...
the last real hat i had was a long time ago & i grew out of it. after we had to get rid of the horses, i never really had much reason to wear anything other than my baseball hats ('cept when i go dancin - then i have a couple fedoras), so i never replaced it.

the one i had this halloween was a borrowed colorguard hat used by one of my friends for our latin-jazz show back in high school
it's the best i could come up with on short notice - halloween was at the bottom of my list that week. heck - i didn't even have time to find a real belt buckle: that was a coke can wrapped in aluminum foil
