New here from Phoenix Az! Not really....

Hello guys and gals,

I'm new here (no im not!) and this is my first time posting (no its not). I'm from Phoenix (yes, that's true.) and I'm just getting into Camaros (yeah for like the past 23 years maybe.). I have a 94 Z28 (YUP) and I'm looking to meet and greet with all who are in the Camaro community (I may know some of you). I used the name LT1RUNNER before (eh, was my first time posting) and I have not been part of the Camaro world for some time (life, projects, things like that). I'm looking to reconnect and make new friends, as well as say hello to the friends from the past.

See ya!

Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5/6. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, wives', husbands, girlfriends and boyfriends here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

Welcome!!

Are you still running the optispark?

I went with the 411 pcm on my 96 trans am and was very happy with it.

Yeah.......dammit. /\

Actually, my car is in resto mod right now and just getting back up and on the streets would be nice so I'll be using the venerable Opti...for now.

I never realized how closely related the gen 2 LT1 and vortec 350 were until i started doing the 411 swap. Im pretty sure i could have just ran a vortec 350 pcm and it would have just ran the opti as a distributor and used the crank sensor as a crank reference.
