In a hoping for a better primetime game dept that has playoff ramifications the NFL flexed Miami vs Cinci Week 16 out from Sunday Night at 8:30 on NBC to the anonymity of Sunday at 1pm.

In its place is the Ravens vs the Pats

This time of year makes for strange bed fellows and the Ravens are my friends in this one

There is so much more than that to this story.

Apparently Riley Leonard lived just down the street from Rivers and they worked out together.

Plus Phil used Shane Steichens offence with his High School team he coaches.

Steichen and Rivers go all the way back to his Chargers days when Shane was his OC.

They have had weekly phone calls for quite some time and Phil knows this offence inside and out.

His first day of practice went well and he can still sling it.

I am just glad the Bills have an Ironman at QB

For the 3rd time this year and 18th in his career JA17 is AFCOPTW.

In the did you know dept he is actually second on the team in weekly awards trailing Matt Prater by one

With this win JA17 tied HOF QB Jim Kelly for most by a Bills QB.

QB Joey B whining in his Wednesday presser about not being happy.

They just paid both your WR's on your request.

You were all excited 3 weeks ago saying and I quote "its about being out there with the guys you know competing"

After the Ravens win melancholy Joe looked pretty happy he didn't look so happy after losing to the Bills when him and JA17 met at midfield before the game he was grinning ear to ear.
After the game just a quick hug and "good game" to JA17 with his usual somber look.

Sorry Fran I don't see a repeat happening this year.

Your QB is going off script too much.

Watch the Int in OT.

Mack crashes in from DE and the play was an RPO

This immediately signals the QB to hand the ball off to the RB.

Instead JH pulls it is under pressure right away and fires it into double coverage.

This is supposed to be his specialty and Hurts can't even get it right.

Fun facts...

QuintonimoBay!! Quinyon Mitchell has faced 7 of the top 10 WRs in yards and TDs this year.

Their stats against him:
- 30 targets
- 12 catches
- 107 yards
- 0 TDs
- 5 first downs
- 50.3 passer rating

Jalen Hurts is the 6th quarterback in NFL history with a completion % of 80 or higher, 3 or more touchdown passes and a passer rating of 150 or higher in multiple games in a season, joining Drew Brees, Kirk Cousins, Jared Goff, Lamar Jackson and Ben Roethlisberger.

Jalen completed 12 of 15 pass attempts (80 percent) for 175 yards and 3 touchdowns with a 154.9 rating in the Eagles’ 31-0 win today

No team has repeated as NFC East champion since the Eagles in 2004. The EAGLES have redskins away, bills away, redskins home. If they win any 1 of those games they win the NFC East and get a playoff spot

I didn't say they wouldn't make the playoffs

I said they won't repeat as SB Champs.

The Bills spoiled the Patsies Hat and T shirt party yesterday.

The real MVP showed the wanna be pretender how its done.

So nice to see the Chiefs go out with a whimper and not be able to tie the Legendary Bills record of 4 SB appearances in a row.

Too bad about Fatty Patty hurting his knee though I wonder how fast he can rehab or will he miss significant time in 2026.

Is this Mr Swifts last ride? will 87 retire after a really down season?

Will Andy step away?

An interesting factoid is no coach has won an SB after 70 years of age.

Will the Walrus V2 try to overturn that narrative?

Lots and lots of questions it should be an interesting off season for the dethroned "Kingdom"

I no hater of the Bills and I cannot stand the Chiefs the same, but this is not something to brag about.

1990,91,92,93 AFC Champs

Nobody has gone to 4 in a row since

A lot of people are waking up to the fact that the Bills were a special team.

To pick your self up off the mat after losing dust your self off and make it to the next one takes some perseverance.

To be down 35-3 in the wildcard round at the start of the third quarter after already losing two SB's and getting up off the carpet with your BU QB at the helm who just happened to lead the biggest comeback in NCAAF history a few years before is absolutely remarkable.

I will always be proud of those men those legends those HOF' ers

Like the great Marv Levy now a centenarian said: "When its too tough for them its just right for us"
