2026 Dodge Charger Scat Pack Sixpack: I Was Wrong

I was wrong about this car and I am not afraid to admit I was wrong. I think it was in the electric vehicles thread where the topic was brought up and I pretty much said I had no interest in it at all especially because it was heavy at 4700 pounds and probably couldn't handle the curves and twisties. In the videos below I have watched a lot of videos like the one below and well I am actually interested in it. It is not a replacement for my Camaro but in a couple years I want to have it along side my Camaro. Now do not get me wrong it is no Camaro as far as handling goes on the curves but based on what I watched not as bad as I thought it would be.

I also like the outside exhaust sound of the car reminds me of a BMW. I do hope they don't pipe in stuff to make the engine sound like it is not though inside but interior sounds from these videos and others have it sounding ok. Also Dodge said 3.9 seconds to 60 but at least two reviewers managed to beat it with one getting a 3.6 to 60 iirc which I think was redline reviews and then got a 4 second flat uphill. I wanted to link it but couldn't find it in my history but these two were my favorites on the car and Topher owns a 1LE.

Would you go with the two door or four door?

I think the gas version couldn't show up soon enough. I'm interested in seeing and hearing one in person.

Most likely the two door one. From the videos I watched the sounds of it reminded me of a BMW but yes I also want to hear one in person.

Cant wait till most of the people that own them tap into the engine noise speakers and make us all listen to their music

Oh yeah I am not looking to get the electric one the sixpack is the Hurricane Gas engine one I have no place to charge it and the electric one is also inconvenient. The Electric versions "Engine" noise is laughable.

With the tune people in the RAM are getting high 11s in the 1320 and mid 3s to 60. That is at about 5800lbs. So a car at 4800 will be a good bit faster.

I absolutely love the Hurrican H.O. in my truck. But keeping my 5.slow

Third part reviewers already beating Dodges claimed time of 3.9 seconds with one getting 3.7.

I am assuming your 5.slow is a Mustang since you have a Ram with the Hurricane HO?

Yes, i watched those videos. Vehicle virgins and redline reviews. This engine and transmission are no joke. I am betting a very low 3s to 60 and a very low 11 maybe high 10 though the 1/4 with the tune.

Yes i have a 2024 Mustang GT convertible and a 2025 RAM 1500 Longhorn.
