I remember when she bought it... she points to the front wheels "look I have Brembo's too" I couldn't have been more proud

I rode in the Camaro with a professional driver at NCM when they first came out and had to make them lift the hood afterwards and prove it was a 4 cylinder. Never doubted these since.

I never had the misfortune of being assigned a 3rd gen with the boat anchor Iron Duck but I did have to live with a 4th gen with 4th gen with the 3800 and a 5spd. A complete waste of a manual trans and nice car made completely boring. Both the 5th and 6th gens had the best base engines of all generations. |

I had a 2001 Firebird GT 3.8L A4 with T Tops and it wasn't boring but it also wasn't stock.
I lowered it with BMR springs and had Bilsteins I had a set of 2002 5 spoke Vette wheels 18 rears and 17 fronts WS6 sway bars That thing handled like a rat wearing Reeboks ![]() There is an old saying..."its more fun to drive a slow car fast than a fast car slow" BTW my other car at the time was a 1999 TA the 6 banger was my DD
