68. Being a 22 year old that fought off borderline type 2, dietary changes can eventually be accepted.

At first, shunning off sodas, icecreams.. the like.. was hard.

But now, I use moderation, and even though due to genetics and my grandpa I'll be a big burly guy for the rest of my life, my diet has helped me maintain my health and in the end make my life better than it was before.

Keep it in there Santa.. someone's gotta row them gears on the '05.

So don't complain about salads and meats.. because man.. if you try, you can make some mean dishes with just those ingredients.

Right now till I get this in control ( if I can get in control ) all carbs are deadly to me

Hey 68..I've been on a "sort of Adkins" type diet for a while now. Not really a diet, more of just got used to it. Now, if I have a piece of bread or toast, I actually feel worse!
