There is a position sensor for the clutch. Does the pedal come up in a different position than it used too?

There is a tool in HP Tuners to do a "Clutch Pedal Position Learn" if you have access to it.

I have it currently aligned exactly where the pedal used to be, as i am using the Tick adjustable master cylinder. It could be off just a little bit.

Unfortunately I don't tune my own stuff.

I was looking back through your pictures to see how you mounted your clutch reservoir and just noticed this post. Are you still looking to get rid of that extra remote bleeder? If so, let me know and I will be more than happy to buy it from you.

Sorry Bee, I actually sold it to another member already.

No worries! Just thought I would check before I ordered one from Tick.

Did you have any luck figuring out what's going on with your cruise control?

No, but I don't drive the car enough on the highway for it to really bother me. I will probably swing by my tuners one of these days and ask him to try a clutch pedal sensor re-learn like SlowLS1 mentioned.

Spoke with my tuner today. He said that HPTuners isn't advanced enough for that. He mentioned that I should find someone with an expensive scan tool and see if they have the option to do a clutch pedal sensor re-learn. It just so happens that i will be in town where my mechanic is that did the work. I will see if there scanner can do it. I understand that was probably not listed in alldata as something that they would have to do, and I am sure that they will do it for free if it is possible. Going on 5 hour drives without Cruise control on the highway is not fun.

I know that HPTuners used to have the option, and googling it show that it functional for the e38 ecu like ours. I don't have anyway to power my setup ATM, or I would check this myself.

Keep us updated and good luck!

Got some mods saved up for a weekend of work. Got supplies for a fresh oil change, BMR front and rear sway bars.

Also, spoke to the shop that installed my clutch. They told me that when they installed the clutch they had to do a clutch pedal relearn in the system just to get the car to start. When I got there I had them adjust the clutch pedal because it was way too far out and that is why the cruise control doesn't work. So I just need someone with a fancy diagnostic scanner that can do a clutch sensor relearn, or drive the car back down to Fort Lauderdale to have them do it. They said that they would do it for free.

I also picked up a 2013 Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn Limited. It's got the 5.7 Hemi, 6 speed auto, and rwd. I sold the Jeep Grand Cherokee and bought this cash. It's got a fee miles on it at 165k, but it runs like a sewing machine. Truck is almost damn near mint.
