Torquing Crank Bolt for Balancer install
I'm wondering how everyone keeps the crankshaft from rotating when torquing the bolt. Is it unacceptable to put the car in gear and set the parking break (m6 car)? I really don't wanna mess with taking the starter off.

You need the flywheel locking bracket.

i put the car in 4th gear and set the parking brake. those dampers are only 240 ft lb.
