If I were to buy one, I'd first have to hit the lottery. While I can afford new truck prices, I simply refuse to.
That being said, what I bought would be a 2500 minimum. They have completely ruined the 1/2ton trucks, and that's everyone. They are either just plain junk, built to be luxury cars with beds on them, or are grossly overpriced. A few are a combination of all three. None will last 200k without a major repair, few even make it 100k miles before crapping a transmission or serious engine repairs are needed. Planned obsolescence and a perpetual car payment is the new norm. |
