I'm curious, let's say things are as they were when you were with The General. Let's also say that production of the Camaro ends on 12/7/2023.
What happens to all of the vehicles that have already been sold as 2024 models? That's a lot of manufacturer, federal, state and local government paperwork to rebrand them as 2023 models. Not to mention the lawsuits that would surely follow.

The 24 Camaro is the “model year”. It has nothing to do with production year. Almost every vehicles model year starts 3-4 months prior to the actual year it is named after. There is no 23.5, no lawsuit, none of that.

...but sure there is regulation that prescribes the minimum overlap between calendar and model years, right? Otherwise what would prevent crazy manufacturers from starting 2029 or even 2099 model year production tomorrow?

* Performance engineering identical to 2017-2023 non-CE models Sad that the iconic sixth gen did not get a deluxe sendoff like the Challenger did. |

Wow this is their first investment in marketing of the CE, about 6-8 months late
Nice to hear the passion of the engineers involved. Chevy could have been putting out these types of videos throughout the 6gen's lifecycle.... Oh well. It will certainly be sad when the 6 gen goes out of production, however it really can't all be blamed on the actual car itself. Hope chevy realizes that...
