I DID IT!!!

lol, i know its a little off subject, but I got my head straight. As much as I want the new Camaro, I decided I needed to buy a house first. As of yesterday, the final paperwork was all set and done, and I am now a Homeowner . The way I figure it, I can use the next six months to pay and RAISE my credit, and it will be easier to buy my dreamcar then instead of getting the car, and then trying for a house (which I have been told by many sources is a BAD idea). Plus, I have my son, and a baby on the way, so it makes alot more sense to do this. But, if everything works out, I will have my SS cake and eat it too!

P.S-Not too shabby for a 23 year old

Congratulation's on the house and surely a much smarter move to buy the house first....

Nothing will feel better then parking that car at your house... so take your time enjoy your house... and make the move slowly and carefully when it's time to buy that car...

very smart move...

Grats. I find it's much easier to put a down payment on a car than a house living in the SF bay area. It will be a while of renting until I'm able to put a down payument on a house.

Car and Wedding come first (already bought the ring), wedding gifts will go towards a house down payment.

Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Heck yeah, a house is more important! Good job, man. Family, no matter what, always comes first. You can always come up with something later on, you know. Good choice...I'm VERY happy for you!

And....for a 23 year old, that isn't too shabby at all!
