Well when I was running them on all 4 corners, yes. Even now. The fronts drive and ride really nice, wet and dry, same on the back when I was running them in the 315/35 on the 11 inch wide wheels. They also hooked up pretty good back there. If they had a 335 in the Conti's I would run them. I have had 2 sets of the MPSS's on the back and they just don't seem to be as good of a tire as the Conti's. Just my thoughts. I don't think the MPSS's are anything special. Just all I desired in a 335 because I don't like Perrelli, and they were the only other company with a 335.

would you still run the conti if u didn't have to worry about rain or driving in the wet? I'm on toyo 888r's but when I come up to a sudden wet mountain pass i pucker so hard and fast I create a vacuum in the cabin haha, I'm thinking on trying something new or go back to the f1's.

Oh yes,for sure. She doesn't go out in the rain any more. They are just a good all around tire in my opinion. Like I mentioned, have run them since my first set of new tires. And some other guys on here have tried them and like them as well. But in the end, it's your decision as to spending the money on them. And the fact that they grip really well, and are pretty quiet is good for me. Good luck.

I did at one time try a set of the NT555G2's on the rear with my HP number and just didn't like them. Couldn't get them to hook up very well. Gave them to a friend of mine to put on his m6 2013 ZL1 and he loves them!! I bought them because I like the tread design but the car didn't like them. Back to the Conti's on the 11 inch wide wheels I had at the time.

I was considering Nitto's for that very same reason, but it sounds like people either love em or hate em. Conti's and Michelin's were also contenders as they both seem very well liked on here.

Ultimately, I went with M/T Comp Street tires. Although I'm probably not the best to review tires as I don't drive in the rain and certainly not in the winter, and I haven't been to the track in years. But spirited driving on the street, I haven't had any traction issues. The only negative thing I can say is they do appear to get flat spots pretty quick so this past winter I got a set of RaceRamp Flatstoppers and I didn't have any flat spots this spring.

Awesome looking tires!! Really like that tread design. And yea with those "softer" tires when they sit for extended times they will get flat spots on them. My Nitto NT05 DR's I had on my Mustang before I got the Camaro did that. Plus on the Nitto tires I have noticed that all of them are about 1/2 inch narrower that MPSS or the Conti's in the same widths. 315, 285, 305's and I didn't like that either. I've done a TON of research on tires in my build for these Camaros.

Do the Pilot sports side walls roll in more towards the top/tread area? I like the way the Nittos look but I do want the best performing tire I can get.

Here is the only good pic I have of the sidewall tread block.
