Factory HUD shift light
Anybody pay attention to it? I am wondering if it controlled by the tune loaded in the car rather than being stuck at a preset from factory? With a modded car, the shift points are higher and just curious if it reflects those higher shift points.

What I've seen on my car, no the HUD red zone did not move up when the rev limit was changed.
Speculation, the HUD is controlled by the BCM, so not part of engine tuning
