i get the exact same answer. Then all my dealer gives me is an estimated delivery date of May 31st but does not give me a location of the vehicle

It's funny I saw your signature and was going to ask you how you got such detailed info. I have had the polar opposite experience with Chevy chat. And my dealer doesn't tell me anything when they do happen to call me back.

Monday my sales guy called and said they had an eta at the dealership for yesterday. Yesterday he called and told me it's been "delayed" and that he didn't know we where the car currently is, and that there is no longer an eta at all. Car was built 2/1.

I’ve been trying to use this Jack Cooper link with no results today.
Prior to this I didn’t have any problem.
Maybe it’s down for the weekend ??
Any help would be appreciated because dealer informed me it’s waiting for dispatch.

That’s so weird because your car was bayed almost 2 weeks before mine but still hasn’t been delivered to a railyard yet.

Don’t feel bad, mine was built 2/1 and my rep found out that my car was in the wrong holding lot, so more or less they lost it in Lansing.

Not yet, my rep was able to get ahold of someone within Jack Cooper logistics this past Thursday, didn’t hear back from them on Friday so I’m assuming office operations are Monday- Thursday, I will update if I hear more this week.
