title help

I need help. guy has a car for sale. no title. he cant get a title because there is a lien from a bankruptcy in 1998. The lien holder is no longer in business. what can he do to get a title?

yes dmv. keep your money in your pocket!!!!!!!! if he really wants to sell the car he will go with you to the dmv
