No, that's not getting caught . I don't have inspections where I live either and there are a lot of people who run cat-less pipes. Or are you a 'it's legal til they catch me' person.

Hell I don't really care, most CAI's are technically not road legal. Half the people have tint that is darker than the law allows. You just don't bring up whether or not it's legal and hope noone notices.

Sweet!
Street legal doesn’t necessarily mean its streetable though. Bet that thing would shit itself sitting at a stop light in traffic for a few minutes. It was loading up and hesitating after the burnout in the one video.

That's right. No inspection here in The Great Lake State.

Thumbs up

That is crazy FAST!!! WOW!
But, would that car really be deemed, "street legal"? What would the manners of that beast be like on the street?

Only car I had to have inspected was a used 1989 C-1500 I bought and
even then they were only concerned with matching numbers and
functional lights.

Car could have had 50" wide rear tires, bicycle wheels up front and
a quad-turbo, nitrous and a s/c pushing eleventy-billion pounds
of boost under the hood and it would have still passed the state inspection.
Yup and I can gurantee if a policer officer pulled over with all that you would get cited, ticketed and towed. Just cause the State doesn't inspect it doesn't mean that the cops will allow it.
