THAT is a 15 yard personal foul penalty, and an automatic 1st down which would have given Tenn. a 29 yard field goal to win the game.


Why wasn't it called? OR better yet... Why isn't the media talking about it? THAT botched call directly impacted the winner of that game.... our call just INCREASED our lead.

Hey man I didnt see every single minute of the Bama/Tennessee game.

I do think folks need to give tennessee some credit for the deffense they are playing. There New deff cordinator has sure done a good job imo with that Team.

Alabama did get away with something however ESPN and everyone else isnt shoved up Bama's ASS like they are Florida and USC's.

The only thing I can say for you is if USC keeps winning then USC may steal a little of the Florida limelight lol

NCAA wants Alabama and Florida to Win out so they can play the SEC championship game and make that $$$$$$$$$$$ and let florida advance to the Big Game.

As for the other Team it depends on Texas if we win out we go if we dont USC WILL trust me jump Iowa why ? They will find some stupid reason.


Right now with heisman hero tebow and the $$$$$$ ordeal its all about yall.

So whatever they can do if the game is close we are going to keep Florida in it.

Anyways, I give credit where credit is due. Monty Kiffin has done an amazing job with Tenn's D. Nearly every team in the SEC has the talent to be great they just need the coaches, and now they have them.

Tenn got two kicks blocked and missed one.... all over 40 yards. A kick from 29 would be a high chip shot, MUCH harder to block than a kick over 40 yards because of the need for a lower trajectory.


And i'd love to play Texas OR USC. We get up for big games, and I'd love to see Colt all hot and bothered by a big time Defense.

If OU leap froged Texas meaning Texas go to the Fiesta Bowl and OU go to the NC then thats two more teams who go to Big bowls meaning more $$$$$$$$$$$$ and a lot of Tv audience watching which also means $$$$$$$$$$$$.

You obviously don't watch many Texas games lol Colt isnt a QB who you get in his head. the kid takes the hits and expects to take the hits as he put it " its football " When he throws a INT he shakes it off and moves FWD he doesnt sulk on it and if its a bad game and throws another he doesnt let it bother him to where he feels bad for himself. His Father is a Coach and has taught him not only how to play ball but how to disect Game Film and read deffenses. Colt taught Vince young the importance of Game film( vinces last year here ) colt is low key and humble and not affraid to throw his body in a crowd and take a hit or GIVE A HIT. Just ask OU's Brian Jackson after intercepting a ball and taking a blow as he was running up field. As he put it all I saw was clear blue skys !!!! then HIT by who a QB Wow .

Dont ever sit here and think your Qb is the only person who shakes stuff off and throws his body at defenders lol before you make a statement get better material to throw out there.

Well one at a time. A. Tim Tebow is the best football player in football. Should he win the heisman? No, probably not. Its not a Career award and he's having his worst (stat's wise) year ever. That being said, you take away Tebow, and we have 2-3 losses just because of the dimension's he brings our Offense. We cant run the ball without Tebow, and we can't throw the ball without Tebow.

This is a dumb point and I'll adress it as such. What do you do when your team is down by one score with the ball? I am glued to the TV and tend to relax when we go back up.

Percy (I've said it before) was one of the most underrated players to ever play the game. He was the best Gator at his position to ever play, and might have won the hiesman had Tebow gone somewhere else and Percy got more touches.

I share this opinion. Our new Offensive play-caller is Steve Adazio, also our Offensive Line coach. Both are playing like shit, and I am hoping this is his last year. Urban love's to try to take the blame for our offense to keep the pressure off our guys and the coordinators, but its all Steve-o.

Now hold on here cowboy, I'll admit we got some bad calls, but if you think a single one of them determined the outcome of either game than you need to watch more football, especially SEC football with teams that play Defense and don't score every posession.

The reason no one is talking about it is it didn't impact the outcome of the game. It should have been a penalty, but, if I understand the rule correctly, it would have been enforced on the next play, where it would have still been AL ball. End result is you back up AL offense for their victory formation....

And zues, yeah that questionable TD in ourd game did just put you guys up more, but keep in mind, that questionable TD was the difference between a 3 point, "one score" ballgame and a 10 point, "two score" ballgame. Thats a significant difference I don't care who you are...

They certainly could have made that easier to comprehend, but I don't think the part you linked covers the entire play.

The foul happened before AL had possession of the ball, and it happened durring a live play.


Example?


QB drops back.... throws the ball.... gets hit in the head... Ball is intercepted... returned for a TD.

Personal foul, roughing the passer, 15 yard penalty from the spot of the foul, automatic first down.
