Thats not apple cider. Thats just... juice mix. Apple cider is a juice made from pureed apples (and only apples ). Its a lot like apple juice with pulp.

i don't think i'm a fan of this places hot chocolate... better luck with the coffee next time. but i am all warm and snuggly now... i slummed out at school today. hoodie, sweatpants and flip fiops... its 51 degrees F.

not here in south texas... we are used to 90-110 weather with 100% humidity... it feels good dont get me wrong, but its cold. lol. i used to could wear shorts and a tshirt when it was like this when i was a chunky monkey... but not anymore.

Easiest way to make apple cider...

Take apples (I like Gala but thats just me) and core them, peel them, and cut them into chunks.

Drop said chunks into a blender.

Blend.

Take the pulpy mess that you now have in your blender, and press it through a fairly fine mesh wire strainer.

Add a touch of cinnamon.

When you're ready to drink it I usually heat it and mix a tiny bit of brown sugar, some caramel, and a shot of rum in with it.
