I don't have any, and with proper side mirror alignment the visibility is pretty good. The blind spot notification system is pretty good too. Maybe the only thing with the 6 speed is the "bogging" from a stand still GM engineered into the car for traction management.

Welcome fellow ‘sconi.
Not sure if you will be looking at new or used, but the future of the Camaro is quite questionable beyond ‘22 or ‘23. Rear leg room is bad. I’m 5-8” & have a long torso & stubby kegs (30” Inseam) & there is very little room behind my seat. I don’t currently have a pic showing it, but trust me. It was quite the clown show when I, the wife, my 14 yr old & 8yr old all in the SS. The best you can call it is sorta usable. I highly doubt a full child seat will even fit, dunno. Yet, even with that being what it is I still got a ZL1. If I ever have a passenger it’s usually the wife. A 19+ mitigates the possibility, as of now, of oil pump issues. Yes, rock guards are a very good idea. My SS got a nasty ding from that very thing. As for you wanting a manual, you may want to look into what some say about the take-off throttle response. The A10 is a beast of a tranny & lighting fast shifting. The visibility isn’t great, but you get used to it & the anti-collision system along with the rear view mirror camera mitigates a lot of that. The trunk opening has a bit to be desired while the space itself isn’t too bad. Tire wear of the factory GY’s is pretty low, but your ZO6 was probably similar. If you are remotely considering one, start looking! With Employee pricing, if that still going on, it is a good time to buy new, especially with the used market being crazy. |

The 19' is the best year. No oil pump issues and you can still tune the tranny. You can't do that on the 20', 21'.

He wants a 6speed so no worries about tuning the trans. I love my 21' ZLE m6 so far. Yes the suspension is stiff but i dont really think it's that bad. The badassery of the 1le package makes it worth it in my opinion especially if it's not your daily.

Ask and you shall receive. If I was any closer to the steering wheel I would be very uncomfortable with the shifter. I guess I have monster arms. Lol

So, strictly as my personal take, this looks like a 75% gangsta lean to me, the ideal seatback tilt angle I read about everywhere and can attest to personally is at 100°—when you place your hands on top of the steering wheel with your arms completely stretched out, your wrists are touching the wheel. When I set my seat up that way, it's comfortable, easier to focus on the road, and I have several inches behind the seat, enough for my 12 year old to be comfortable. That said, I have the A8, so I don't interact with the shift knob that often, that is a fair point. Another minor gotcha is that my exit position is way more towards the back than the driving position, so I need to remember to turn off auto exit position recall when someone rides behind me, or tell them to get out on the passenger side before I touch my door handle

I would say 95% of people don’t drive in a position like that so the rear seats are useable for kids or smaller people. Definitely smaller than a 4th gen somebody referenced earlier. |

Im 5’10 and seat comfortably with my 6 year old in the booster behind me, with my wife of 5’7 also comfortably seating with a rear facing infant seat. Bumpy ride doesn’t bother anyone in the car and kids like riding with me
