Even if they can't do the midgate? I read that the Hummer was originally going to have one.

A few sources have said the Chevrolet BET will have features Hummer doesn't. Midgate would be pretty sweet. And make it an Avalanche.

Basically I just think it should be called Avalanche and not some stupid ecofriendly name.

Yep. Not the first time GM pick ups have outsold f-series its happened a handful of times in the last 15 years I believe.

If I was in the boardroom though what I would worry about is how fast Ram sales are climbing

GM will worry about it when Ram is able to eclipse 2nd place FoMoCo.
