Muscle confusion? Can you explain that? I'm doing an Adkin's induction phase type diet right now to get my body back used to burning fat and not carbs. There's no doubt, I feel much better without those carbs and the sugar highs and lows that come with them

I knew you wouldn't believe it, but I truly am shy. I'm daring but shy! When I skydived the first time I closed my eyes for the first 30-60 seconds ....because I didn't want to face what I was doing LOL! Then I decided if I was going to die, I might as well enjoy the view while I could!

I promise though that if/when I get on a race track I WON'T close my eyes LOL.

MOre or less confusing you bodies muscles so that it does not get used to a routine...meaning you wont plateau as quickly and we see better results. Here is a link:

LMAO..i know people like you shy but when they open up it's like Whoa..lol...Umm if you close your eyes for the first 30 seconds on the race track...I hope the person you are racing is very fast and gets out of the way or is very slow and stays behind to watch the carnage

Well at Hallett, in the High Speed Touring class that I would be in, passengers are allowed and that's an excellent idea. I have to wear a helmet though so it will be hard to tell it's me, but that's a great idea and I'm sure he'd be happy to do that!
