I got my dealer eval in the email the other day but am having a really hard time finishing it, on one hand I really want to express my dissatifaction at parts of the buying experience, on the other hand I have no idea how much was the dealers issue and how much was just "stuff happens" category.

Think I will let it cook a while before I answer, the real issue is the car, if it was not so great the eval would be easy
