I have to figure out whats up with the stereo..its a custom aftermarket system..not working though..i have to check the fuse

Like a chopped 71 Chevelle! The Mrs. had a 73 BB Monte with swivel buckets back in the day. Matter a fact that's how we met. She was broke down in a BK parking lot, on the pay phone. I came to the rescue!
