Valet?

This is tough. I've had my car for 3.5months and the only people that have driven it besides me are my dad and older sister, and I was with them. I've got a date with this chick and was planning on going someplace that has valet parking. So, what do you do? It would look pretty lame to not valet it but I dunno if I want to let some valet kid drive my car. Decisions, decisions.....

No way I would do a valet with my SS. Don't care a bit if the girl is put off. If she is

Pick her up with a junker so you can make sure she likes you for you. When you're sure, then whip it out...(the Camaro, get your mind out of the gutter)...

Nope. No valet person would ever be touching my car, period. I'm sure most would be fine, but there's that one who'd wanna take it for a beating. In fact, if we're going out and I know I won't be able to park it away from other people (door dings, etc.) we take the truck and leave the Camaro in the garage.

Hah. She's seen my car already. And it just so happens that it was someplace that did valeting and I think I made a comment about "hell no I didn't valet" (she wasn't with me but I met her and some other people there).

Agree with most, no way in hell will a valet ever navigate my SS.

I let someone valet my car after owning it for one month and I have the scratches to prove it.....

I would NEVER valet my car. Hell, the thought of parking in a parking lot scares the crap out of me.

NO TO THE VALET, I was a valet in Banff many years ago and just trust me, you do not want those guys driving your car. Just tell her you don't want a stranger driving your car and she should understand that. Just let her out near the door and go park it yourself.
