Yes. Pontiac was boring. That's why GM killed it. I'm sure a lack of sales and no overseas market had nothing to do with it.

The Ford is the most dynamically challenged car in the group. On our ride and handling course, it was BY FAR the most nervous handling car.

Now the Nissan will give you slightly better handling at the expense of ride (read firmer).

So you come down to the SHO having more HP, which may be what you are looking for vs. a really nice all around car in the Buick. I think with the Nissan you get the Maxima heritage, 4 Door Sports Car.

Equally equipped, all have verrrry nice interiors and features.

But I would rather see you in the Buick.
Thanks Guys, and Number 3 for all of your great feedback! I have kind of gone another way, I am thinking a 2010 Equinox LTZ w/3.0L V6. For my daily driver I like riding up higher than a car can offer. With the Equinox I get the ride, the fuel economy, all with a little luxury (LTZ package).

Number 3, and any others with info on the Equinox.....please chime in!!!!

you take a fuel economy hit with the V6 vs the FWD I4. But its still a great looking crossover that gets good fuel economy and offers great value.

Good car. You'll love it, I've heard nothing but good things about them.

Also look at the Terrain (if you like radically different designs) or even the 2010 SRX.

Picking the new 2010 Equinox LTZ w/3.0L V6 this weekend! I will post some pictures. Got lucky with a local dealer on the price and having what I wanted. I looked at the GMC Terrain and Cadillac SRX, Terrian is a little to boxy for me (wheel wells are nasty), and the SRX the way I would want it would be around 40K. Just my opinion!!!

Good to hear that you actually found one...I just read an article about a lady whining and *****ing about how the Equinox she ordered won't be in for four months.
