Just a heads up to people, don't know if this is true, but I called the host hotel yesterday to change something with my reservation and the person on the phone told me that the hotel is now completely booked.

Thanks for the heads up. I'm getting more rooms opened up now, but yes it's filling up quickly so my advice is don't wait.

I've also got 2 rooms booked for now, as I wasn't sure who all would be coming with me this year, would be willing to give it up to someone later in the year if I find out I won't need the extra.

There are plenty of rooms we just open them up block by block.

Any update on when the rebooking will be allowed? I tried to book today, just to see and the links/codes do not work. So thought I would try and just get a room anyway and it says no rooms available during that window. Did I miss out on the rebooking?

Will be just like last year. We wait until at least January to make tax keeping all in the same year.
