This is so untrue. He is a good driver who is having a lot of problems right now. It takes a team to win, not just the driver. He won 2 Busch championships and won a cup race as a rookie, he has won 17 times total which is a lot more than most driver's, he has also won the allstar race and the Bud shootout, he may not be the best driver out there but he can drive and he does deserve to be there. His stepmother betrayed him, he never betrayed her. I was a Dale Sr fan as well as a Jr fan, I will continue to support him through the rough times.

I got to drive Dale Sr around Bristol Motor Speedway in the pre-race August of 1998, it was awesome. We rode a new white convertible Camaro. I will never forget it, it was hard to talk to him with 140k screaming fans.
