I put my GM Accessories Camaro floor mats in mine that I took out of my ‘16 SS before I traded it in buying the Z. Those mats that come standard in the SS and ZL1 are so cheap and for the cost of a ZL1 it would make sense to put good floor mats in them from the factory.

Thanks for reminding me. I do have a set of the ZL1 floor mats. I only use them at car shows and not for everyday use. I let the cheap standard mats get all the abuse.

Funny this comes up. I looked at a 911 Carrera yesterday that had the windshield done in 70%. I really couldn’t tell.
Then the owner of the shop showed me a display he had.
It was an open box with a bright light going through a piece of glass that was half clear and half 70% Xpel tint. I put my hand under the light. It was hot. Like felt like my hand was starting to burn.
And I work on heavy equipment for a living so I’m well versed in heat on my hands.
He slid the glass over to the tinted side. Holy crap. My hand cooled right off. It was really a massive difference. I’m sold and am going to have this done.
They say it reflects 86% of the infrared heat.
Obviously it must reduce the heat in the cabin greatly.

I thought about getting my windshield done back when i got the car. Glad i didn't as i had to replace the windshield already.

They told me inside. Actually Xpel has a better tint for the windshield that reflects something like 97% of the heat. I guess it’s WAY more money though. The tint guy told me just to stay with the one that does 86%.

As a side note, the shifter bezel cover I got off eBay is made of real carbon fiber (not hydro dipped) and matches the other interior CF perfectly.

Thanks. I'm not affiliated with Esoteric other than I've spent a lot of money with them. They installed the window tint, paint protection film and ceramic coating on my car. I also purchased the HRE wheels and Michelin PS4S tires from them. They posted a couple of videos of my car to their YouTube channel. In March I had my new Blazer into them for paint correction, PPF, and ceramic coating. I guess you'd call me a pretty good customer.

Thanks brother I get a lot of stuff from lupe. Did you do anything to make the cover fit it says on his site does not fit zl1

I think his site has a typo error and omits the 1LE part. It fits the ZL1, not the ZL1 1LE.

lose the ZL1 spoiler...just my opinion. I think it looks terrible. I put on a GM blade spoiler color matched to the car.
