TPBM has stopped or greatly reduced their soda/pop/coke intake (whatever you want to call it) as part of trying to lose a little weight.

True/false. I've greatly reduced my soda/pop/coke intake, but not as part of a weight loss goal. I just needed to stop drinking so much of it and I've discovered an allergy to caffeine so my choices were severely limited anyway.

TPBM does not start their day with a coffee, energy drink, or some sort of caffeine infused beverage.
