Jack pad

Im looking for new jack pad, pref one piece. I have tried hockey puck with mag jack pad from Amazon. It slipped off, luckly it didnt damage the car.

Any recommendation? I think ZL1 Addons are only best option?

I actually just bought this yesterday:

https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

When it comes (should arrive tomorrow), I will let you know how they work. I didn't go with ZL1Addons because it seems quite overpriced.

I went with these. Attach to the pinch welds and stay there.

Get this. Slightly cheaper, and will work on any car you own. And probably last 15 or more years (mine did, and I used it 10+ times per month, for over 12 years of racing).

https://www.harborfreight.com/15-ton...ump-60569.html

And don't jack from the pinch welds. Use the hard steel flat spots under the car.

(I'm ready for the arguments of why you shouldn't do this - why you should use pinch welds - how some member on here said "that flat part is aluminum!" when I clearly posted a pic of a magnet sticking to it - etc. Just make sure that, before you disagree, you have good, solid, evidence-based reasons why this is bad.)

I dont need jack, already have one.

I do go pinch weld, not because someone said so. Thats just how ive been doinh it for 13 years. Its just Camaro pinch weld area are so small i cant put my jack without some pad. :(

I use the pinch welds because that's what the manufacturer recommends. That said I use a combination of the permanent ZL1's in the lift positions closest to the wheels and use the magnetic temp one with a hockey puck on the secondary lift point just behind the front hard mount, this lifts the side of the car and I can get the jack stands under the hard mounts in one shot.
