Why dont you ask in the Camaro5fest thread? lol

1. I need to read the insurance stuff again.

2. He may be able to ride on the SCCA course with you....

3. With the times I run I always need a helmet so I have not checked the rules in awhile...I think the threshold may be 13.99 and under needs a helmet but I will check. So V6's probably dont need one..v8's probably do. I will check though...thanks for the question
