Love the white! It ordered the car first week it was available and got it exactly how I wanted it. I've owned every color car. Dark Red, Dark Blue, Dark Green, Black and now white. I think the white although it shows when its really dirty it cleans up pretty easy and doesn't show paint imperfections near as much as black or dark colored cars. I think the white is the perfect look for this car as it contrasts great with the 1LE Satin/Matte black accents.

Nothing beats the red 1LE, but couldn't find a 2SS with a sunroof in my area, so had to go white:(

Exactly but WHHHHHHY just make a 305/30/20 you can find a 305/35/20 and a 295/30/20 or a 285/35/20 but I want the 305/30

Question for anyone though as a daily driver are there issues running the 305/35ZR20 on the rear. I know people have said the rubbing but if you're not tracking it with that any issues with rubbing?

My drivers rear tire in stock size is so close to the right rear fender liner it makes me nervous. I don't see how any tire with a diameter larger than stock would fit without modding the liner and moving a harness underneath the liner.

I know.
I keep hoping Michelin or Continental would make a 305/30R20 to match the all season 285/30R20's they currently sell.

jdpickering, I would be happy to do a similar size as long as it is all season. I thought I had this problem solved with a 295/30/20 Nitto Motivo but I was told it was a terrible tire. I don't want to increase diameter but don't mind slightly decreasing diameter. I've looked at many combinations and you need to consider tire stretch on the rear (11 inch) wheel as well.

My fronts needed replaced after i punctured the right sidewall at 4,400 miles (they were pretty much shot anyways). Since i had 50% left on the rears i decided to experiment with a cheap pair up front. I went with Ohtsu FP8000's in the stock size. They are essentially rebranded Falken 452's (Both companies are owned by Sumitomo).

I paid $124 each for them, including delivery. I now have 2,500 miles of aggressive street driving on them, and have come away impressed. They hold up very well to 8/10'ths performance driving, with the sidewall giving a bit beyond that. They do nearly everything the stockers do on the street, and still have 80% tread left. They're also far better in wet conditions. I may end up running these in the rear too. Closest rear size available is 305/25/20, and cost $158, delivered, each on e-bay.

As for 305/35 20, it will rub on the driver side rear wheel well. You will need to relocate a wire harness in order to run the tire. It does not rub on the passenger side. There is a Youtube video on moving the wire harness.

I did that with bfg comp 2 . It still rubbed the liner in a 35series.

I just realized when i posted i posted 2 different diameter sizes...

what im going to be doing is on the comp 2 is 275/35/20 on the front and 285/35/20 rear. Not stock sizes but someone is running them on this forum without any issues!

I don't know if my idea is better, because that entirely a personal choice. But I will share what I did.

I bought four 1LE repro wheels (MRR M017) in the OE front size (20x10) and put Conti DWS06's in 285/30 on all four. Where I live (western Oregon) is about the perfect place for all season tires, and this setup was perfect over the winter. We get a lot of rain here and I'm not too impressed with the hydroplaning resistance of the stock Goodyears so I've kept with the Contis for now, I may put the Goodyears back on for July/August ... but I may not, and just use them for track days. I drive [occasionally] like a horse's ass on the back roads and the DWS06s have been perfectly capable of handling any kind of ****ery I'm willing to engage in on public roads. Haven't really felt like I needed anything more. I get some occasional flashing of the traction light but it never really interferes with my fun time so I don't worry much about it.

Good luck with whatever choice you make.
