Embedded Youtube Video Won't Play

I just tried adding a Youtube video to this post

I have tried using the

HTML Code:

[u2b][/u2b]

tags around the URL and it displays the Youtube viewer frame with no preview and it will not play. If I put the URL in as normal link it will go to youtube.com where the video will play. What am I doing wrong?
