The R888's are a road course/autocross/street tire. Nobody would purchase them for drag racing with the super stiff sidewall.

I almost Dq'd myself from super mod. Was going to pull the trigger on some 17 rear wheels. Good thing I checked here first.

I want to go and I want to race. I'd be in the ss stock class. I'm sure there will be test and tune, and maybe I should just do that since I've never raced before.

Test'N'Tune runs almost all day until qualifying and all day up until finals the next day. Worse case you don't qualify and still have a blast grudge racing or just racing best case you win out.

What day does test n tune start? I haven't tracked my new setup.

Both days friday and saturday.

Friday before qualifying and after for a few hours.
Saturday up until finals.

So if I get one of those bolt on drag chutes and some wicked looking bolt on wheelie bars does that take me out of the stock class?
