I just gotta figure out what's really involved. I'm told it's a plug and play deal with tune.

The Kenne Bell blower is $7K.

The 426 short block is $5500. That seems like a pretty good deal.

I just wanna make sure there's no cutting and splicing of wires and all that. I want a clean install.

I talked to one guy who was taking the V-10 out of the Viper

He seemed very confident that it's how dodge should have made the challenger to begin with

Speedy, you took some abuse over on challengertalk for daring to give some positive words on the Z28, you're a brave man

Considering that is a bannable offense over there, I have to agree with you.

Zeus, I never called the Taurus a muscle car. Here is my exact quote:

"If you count the Charger, you will need to put the new Taurus on your list of muscle cars as well."

I'm gonna call it like I see it.

I have no loyalty to any car company. They have to EARN my business.

I was just disagreeing with your statement the Charger is a muscle car. So I used another powerful 4-door car as an example of what you were calling a muscle car. My bad it doesn't come V8. But then I mentioned the Crown Vic and Caprice you said "Why do they have Hemi's too?" So, is a muscle car by YOUR definition a big 4-door car with a Hemi in it, yet not a big 4-door car with a big GM or Ford V8???

So many "titles"
Sports car
Pony car
Muscle Car
Sports Sedan
Sports Coupe

The lines have been so blurred and become so subjective, I say call your car what you want.

I call my car a sports sedan. By definition, it probably isn't. Who cares. It is more than just a sedan, My Hyundai I also own is a sedan, something needs to said to distinguish between them.
One has a 6.0 liter V8 with 361 Hp and 385 ft/lbs of torque. and does 1/4 mile mid 13s
the other has a 3.5 200 hp engine that does the 1/4 mile around 16 seconds.

So yes, to me my G8 GT is a "sports" sedan.

Like I said before....

Previously...

In Bold font...

" American car (not truck), RWD, Big V8 "

If it has that, its a muscle car of some sort. Doesn't always have to have the classic name-plate of "Charger/Mustang/Camaro" to be a muscle car...

Sports sedan is a good term for those V8 powered 4-door cars. My brother has a G8 GT too. He loves that car.

I just have never considered any 4-door cars muscle cars though. But that's just my opinion.

+1. Challengers are sweet.
