I don't think his is. They didn't start making HHR SS's until 2008 MY, unless I'm mistaken.

Thats ok.. I was wondering when someone would call me on that. about 3 months after I made my changes Chevy announced they were going to make an SS version with the 2.0 turbo motor.. I've been wanting to buy the skirts and front grill and bumper for it but never seemed to have the funds.. Oh well..

BUT to everyone I want to say I was planning on removing the emblems when the weather warms this spring. I am ready for a different look anyway..

If i am not too busy with the Camaro.

no, the GTO was from a previous generation. And when that platform was discontinued it was replaced (not updated or redesigned).

I got the police report and took it to my Insurance agent along with the estimate for $518 dollars to fix My HHR.. They told me that it was already in the Computer that the other driver has assumed liability and will be paying for everything, even a rental car if I want one...The body shop called and said they can get me in Monday and it will be finished in two to 3 days. But I Already had My Sunfire scheduled to get a new top installed on Tuesday, so I may just put it off a week... Unless you are really looking for the damage to the HHr it is hard to see...

An 07 Silverado hit my rear in a parking lot (the guy wasn't paying attention), it was enough to move the car. But I got out, and....nothing. Literally...NOTHING. With a plastic bumper, I expected more...

to Chevy for building cars like a rock.

I'm confused, $518 for what? All that I see is scratches, so sanding and painting it shouldn't cost over 500 more like 300

Also, while your at you should get some studded nokian tyres. Nokian makes tires for basically every single car out in the american and european market. A family member of mine is running them on his avalanche. I was going to get them for all three of my cars, but I just didn't have the money for all three.

There is one hole that got punched into the bumper cover that cannot be seen in the pictures, I think their front licence plate bolt did that, I didn't see it myself until I washed the car yesterday... I am going to see if they will go ahead and replace the bumper cover instead of repairing it, If they don;t do a good job where I can't tell it has been damaged then they will be replacing it anyway...

Well it isn't really cost effective now that I am retired, and we very seldom get conditions like we had the other morning, In fact I have been living here 33 years and have never seen it like that.
