to be completely honest, I havent taken bench press over 450 in a very long time. I had a radial head replacement a few years back, and I just dont trust my elbow at times.

Heavy is so mental....but that's a long ways off based on the past. You are talking 15-20%.

Um...how can I ask this....are you in your "locked and loaded" stage now?

Anyhow...keep plugging...don't give up. Took me years to hit certain #'s....
