Seriously....... get over it..... do you see the smiley next to it???? Obviously it was a joke. If you cant take a joke about your mustang you may want to stay away from a CAMARO forum.

sorry.........4 doors wiht high horses = sedan

a muscle car needs 1 and only 1 criteria.... it has to have muscle.

whether its a sports car or a sedan, if its got balls, its a muscle car. the new chargers, while ugly IMO, come pounding some power. same way the Impalla's and Caprice's did back in the day.

go look back at muscle car history...

look at the '57 AMC Rambler Rebel. 4 door sedan with a 5.4L big block... that was faster than the corvette of the day. is that a muscle car? lol

Chevrolet Camaro
Dodge Challenger
Dodge Charger
Ford Mustang*
Pontiac G8 GXP
BMW M3
Lexus IS-F

Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG
Audi RS4
Cadillac CTS-V
Jaguar XF-R

*Barely
If you think about it, all of these cars are muscle cars. Big engines, fast quarter miles, and tire smoke. They've also been modernized with good handling, braking, ect. What do you guys think?
You must classify those as European Muscle.

It has to be from the factory. A Civic with an LS9 equals failure.

Another thing about the sedans in the list is that because of the changing times, people want a more practical car, and so muscle cars have evolved to grow two more doors.

A muscle car is generally defined as a vehicle made in the late 60's and early 70's that is either a compact to midsize coupe with a big eight cylinder engine, lots of options (emphasis on being able to strip it to no options), and can be bought on a budget...

Half of the cars on that list are for rich folk. Not muscle cars. The Porsches, Jags, Audis, etc., etc. of that time were usually comparatively powerful to the American muscle cars but were never given the term. They were European sports/luxury cars then and they're European sports/luxury cars now.

The only reason I call the modern Challenger, Camaro, and Mustang muscle cars is because it's more of an endearing term for them. The nameplates are all synonymous to muscle cars.
