I can't feel anything at all. Not see anything.

Fact that it's lasted this long is odd if it's a pulled muscle but I guess possible. Not sure what else it could be.

Have it checked out, hernias don't heal themselves and they can be quite severe. The worse one I had ten years ago was the size of a grapefruit and it was so bad I had to hold it in my hand to make it to the hospital.

Damn. That's huge.

Well, I have no freaking insurance as of a couple months ago. So I guess I'll have to wait.

It was scary, the emergency room thought I was crazy for not calling an ambulance.

Sometimes being self employed sucks.

Not at the gym but just worked out while on vacation. I brought dumbells, weight balls & ankle weights. Today I did arms, abs, chest, back & some gluts. Then I ran out of steam. That's okay. I'll do more later. Time for a good lunch of home made veggie beef soup.

Good for you Ruby! Working out is or should be a way of life. You only go around once. I like old school routines, especially abs, watched Floyd Mayweather the boxer working out so I gave it try. Flat on your back w/knees bent and somebody holding your ankles firmly so your feet stay planted. Then up into a sit up and from there into a standing position. Wicked hard to do and takes plenty of practice. Then I love roll outs. On your knees you hold a dumbbell w/the collars loose so the weights can spin and you roll out until your torso is stretched out arms forward. Then pull yourself back to the starting point, on your knees w/the dumbbell directly in front of you. A dozen reps or so and oh boy do you feel it the next day!

Yeah, I do a lot of old school stuff when I work out on my own. I took a course in college called body mechanics that was pretty much old school cal esthetics done right. I also took weight training and was the only girl in the class. I learned a lot that I still try to use to stay fit. Some things have been learned since then though so I try to stay informed too.

Had a really great workout today, but I definitely need to order some more supplements.

Not having a pre-workout supplement at 4:30 AM = starting my workout a little sleepy.

Back day with the wife. Yesterday was our first day back since the honeymoon. Plenty of BCAA's to delay it some and loading on protein. May pick our next show in the coming months.

Still sitting on my ass. lol Went for my pre-op physical and everything checked out fine although I'm still eating like I'm working out so I did gain 8lbs and believe me it's not muscle. It'll probably balance out because I'm sure I won't be eating much after the surgery. Can't wait to get this over with
